نفس المشهد كان بالعراق ايام صدام حيث كان الشرطه رواتبهم اقل من دولارين بالشهر فكانوا في كل انحاء العراق يتقاضون الرشوة من كل من يعبر نقاظ التفتيش التي يعملون بها وخص
وصا سواق باصات الاجرة حيث كان عليهم دفع جزيه للنقاط التفتيش يوميا والا عرقل رجال الشرطه عملهم بان يوقفوهم لتفتيش ساعات او يجعلون الركاب يتذمرون من السائق اما اذا حصل
